Calling AI App Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the CALLING AI App. Your access to the app is entirely dependent on your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your compliance with the conditions set herein. If you do not accept any condition stated in these Terms of Use, please terminate your access to the CALLING AI App. Please note that if you continue to access the CALLING AI App, it will be assumed by us that you have accepted the entire text of these Terms of Use unconditionally and unrestrictedly.

The CALLING AI App is managed by CALL AI TECH YAZILIM VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “CALL” and/or “Company”). These Terms of Use regarding the CALLING AI App come into effect upon publication. The right to make changes unilaterally belongs to the Company, and it is assumed that all our users accept in advance these changes, which will be shared regularly through the CALLING AI App.

If you use the CALLING AI App, you accept that the information and personal data entered by you into the CALLING AI App are processed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.

A finalized court decision is required for damages arising from a breach of contract, and the total compensation that can be claimed is limited to foreseeable damages. The above-mentioned limitations of liability also do not apply in case of damages to human life, bodily injury, or a person's health. In all cases deemed legally force majeure, we will not have any compensation obligation due to delay, non-performance, or default.

In the resolution of any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of these Terms of Use, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courthouse Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
