Explicit Consent Form

I have read and understood the CALLING AI App Disclosure Text and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy presented to me by CALL AI TECH YAZILIM VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “CALL” and/or “Company”) regarding the processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and its additional legislation. Accordingly;

1. 1I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data consisting of Name, Surname, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Country of Residence, City, Full Address, Job Title/Position that I have specified while creating a User Account on the CALLING AI App and during the use of the application within CALL.
2. 2I give my explicit consent to the transfer of these personal data to the service provider supplier company from which CALL receives cloud services, whose physical servers are abroad, for the purpose of storing and backing up these personal data in the cloud system (digital environment) and therefore abroad.
3. 3In cases where personal data I have entered into the CALLING AI App must be transferred via e-mail, I give my explicit consent to their transfer to the e-mail service provider company from which CALL receives services.
4. 4I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data consisting of Name, Surname, Address, TR Identity Number, Tax Number, Payment Amount in the invoice to the supplier from which CALL receives accounting services outside of its organization, for the purpose of following up payment transactions and carrying out billing and accounting transactions.
